Location of Sighting: Helena, Montana (Canyon Ferry Reservoir)

Time of Sighting: 12:01 & 3 AM MDT
Description: Witness states that blinking red, white, blue lights of various shapes have been seen several times in the past few months. Witness further states that the lights change colors when they blink. The witness believes that the lights may involve a new technology. The lights are seen to the north of Canyon Ferry Reservoir over the Sleeping Giant Mountain.
