Location of Sighting: North of Havre, Montana
Date of Sighting: August 13, 2016
Time of Sighting: Around 8:30 PM MDT
Description: On the Montana Canadian border radar cameras observed a solid disk hovering in the light of the setting sun. Due to obvious reasons details cannot be given in this forum. However I do have details showing exact location and duration of event. The object was observed by several camera operators as well as a supervisor. The disk hovered stationary for several moments.
Note: MUFON investigation Conclusion: This is the same photo submitted by the same witness with the same description two months earlier. Previous case # is 78437. The identification and disposition has not changed. It is still a lens reflection, which is what you get when you point a camera into the sun.
This case is closed with a disposition of IFO – Man-made Object – Lens reflection.
Given the MUFON investigative results the photo is not shown.
